In this grandeur project, Jettaliving was entrusted with a whole design and build process in both architecture and interior aspects. We developed its contemporary concept that involves a harmonious mix of materials in different contrasts that still accentuates a minimalist overall vibe in the whole building and interior.

Having a basement space, the owner specifically requested for a multifunction entertainment hall that holds a karaoke home theater and bar counter with a luxurious and comfortable feel for an overall recreational space.

Climbing the stairs, the entrance was located a level above ground to create a classy feel to it, sequenced to the guest area beyond the double wooden gate.

The spacious living room was put together with dining and pantry area, where the center of the house is.

All the bedrooms are located upstairs, just below the multifunctional room on the rooftop used for sports.

Incorporating the modern minimalist elements in the bedroom, we built a homey surrounding that still emanates the contemporary feel to meet comfort and aesthetic visuals in harmony.
